Professional and ethical real estate professionals who adhere to a high set of standards are the foundation for restoring confidence and stability in an uncertain marketplace. The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) relies on its Code of Ethics to ensure that all REALTORS® conduct business in an honest manner and with the highest degree of integrity. In addition, the California Business and Professions Code guides ethical business practices within California. As part of your real estate continuing education, this course, which was revised in January 2022 and designed to meet NAR Cycle 7 requirements, will provide you state licensing continuing education credits as well as fulfill the requirement for Ethics training mandated by the National Association of REALTORS®.
